Summary
So it is a New Year, 2022 and what are your plans for your Christian Life and your Church. Nehemiah was concerned over the condition of Jerusalem. The walls were burned and destroyed. The people were scattered and beset upon by the other peoples that lived in the land with them. Nehemiah knew that the walls and gates needed to be rebuilt. He prayed to God about the situation and what God wanted him to do. He was liked minded with God knowing he had to do something about it. Nehemiah made a decision he was going to do as God commanded and took the chance to speak to the King. The King was of the same mind and granted Nehemiah the right to rebuild the wall and gates of Jerusalem.
