Summary
The Church was all new to the disciples and the people of Israel. Before the head of the household went to the Temple once or twice a year and sacrificed for atonement of the sins the family had committed that year. Now every one was free to go to church and hear the gospel preached and spoken and there was no sacrifice required because Christ gave the ultimate sacrifice. His life and blood to cover the sins of all people.
