Summary
Understanding the Will of God. When we stray from the will of God there are consequences. Does God always get His will? The answer is no, the Bible if filled with examples of people who took themselves out of God's will and had to deal with the consequences. Moses, Jonah, Samson, and David are just a few that chose to not listen to God and follow His path but chose their own path. God was not pleased with their actions and He took quick action in each case; Moses would not lead the people to the promised land, Jonah was swallowed by a whale and stayed there for three days, Samson was blinded and enslaved and David lost the son that was born by Bathsheba. God is very clear that there are consequences for not following in His will. He will allow you the choice but He also makes it clear there are consequences.
