Summary
Prayer that is specific and with purpose is exactly what God is waiting to hear from you. James 5: 16 is very clear with His instructions for our prayer, " The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much." Of course there are requirements to be met, the person saying the prayers needs to be righeous (saved and living the Christ has directed) and it must be passionate.
