Charting the Course

Summary
Like all other organizations a church needs to have a leader and that leader is responsible for being the one who sets the course for the church. The pastor is the one who has the vision given to him by God and he is responsible for charting a course that will get then that vision. While many can steer the course there is but a few that can chart the course and ensure that the final goal is met. God calls pastors to a church to lead them and help them navigate by charting the course that they need to travel as a group. In order for this to work there must be those that are willing to steer, those that are willing to work and to follow. The pastor can not do it alone, they need a supporting team that has a mind that set on doing God's will and working to reach the goal.
