Summary

When do we as Christians take our responsibility of being evangelists for Christ seriously? Do we ever truly decide to sell out for Christ and spread His gospel every chance we get? The rich man in today's story never worried about anyone but himself until he died. Once he got his just reward of an eternity in Hell did he decide he wanted his family to know that there truly was a Heaven and a Hell. He begged Abraham first for just a few drops of water to cool his burning lips, then he begged to be able to leave Hell and go tell his brothers about Christ so they would not go to Hell. He also begged for Lazarus to go tell his brothers if he couldn't. So when do we become evangelist before we die or we wish we had after we die and it is too late?
