The Greatest Homecoming Ever
Oct 06, 2024
Summary
Joseph had been sold into slavery by his brothers. They had told his father, Jacob, that he had been killed. They brought the blood stained garments back to him. Jacob grieved for his youngest and most favored son. The county of Israel was in the middle of a devastating drought and famine and the people were dying. Jacob sent his sons to Egypt to find food to help his family survive. While they were afraid when they met the emmissary of the Pharoh they did not recognise him as their brother. Joseph knew them immediately and realized at that time that God had planned his life the whole time, the captivity, the work and the ascension to the right hand of Pharoh, all for this one moment He had a decision to make, how would he handle this moment.
