Summary
God told Jonah to hit the road, He wanted him in Tarsesh to tell the people of their oncoming doom. but Jonah did not want to go because he knw God would just save the peiople anyway no matter what he said or did. So off he went to Nineveh, onboard a ship, and what do you know. Into the belly of a very large fish where he stayed for 3 days. Jonah could not escape God nor could he escape the inevitable outcome of going where God wanted him to go.

God said go, Jonah said no and bye. He left thinking that was the end of it and he was showing God just who was in charge. Well God was not done with Jonah and the trip across the sea ended up in a big storm, a sinking ship, passengers casting lots and Jonah ending up in the sea. Not exactly the plan he had for his run away from God. Three days later ater some serious talks with God, the fish spits up Jonah on the beach headed towards Nineveh. God has a plan and all we have to do is go and follow what he tells us, we really don't even have to think about it just take action, GET UP and go.
